How long does it take for my items to be shipped?
Please allow 14-28 business days for your order to be shipped after purchase. If you do not receive a tracking number within 28 days, please contact support at Fabulously5forU@yahoo.com
Can I track my package (Domestic)?
Yes, you should be able to track your order here.
How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow 2-8 business days for Priority Shipping & 3-7 business days for Flat Rate Shipping. If you do not receive your item after day 10 of shipping date, please contact support at Fabulously5forU@yahoo.com
I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.
If you do not receive an email from Fabulously 5 For U within an hour of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.
To check your orders, log into your Fabulously 5 For U account and select the “Order History” option to review your order history.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return my items if I am not satisfied?
We are not accepting ANY returns at the moment due to the Global COVID-19 pandemic. This is for our safety and yours.
How can I request a refund?
Refunds can only be requested if items are damaged upon delivery. Proof must be given up to 24 hours after delivery.
Refunds are not given for any other reason.
Missing OR Undelivered Packages
I received a tracking number, but my package has not been delivered yet.
As many know USPS has been experiencing delays in shipping, misplacing packages, not scanning in packages and more. In the case you do not receive your package after receiving a tracking number please contact USPS for an update on your package first. We do not have control over your package once it is dropped off at the post office. There is not much we can do after your items have shipped.

- We cannot issue a refund
- We cannot give you store credit
